Available Training

Below are available Compliance Lynx training sessions.  We can also develop courses, specific to your agency's needs, if not addressed by a current course offering.

Pricing is dependent on attendance, location, and method of delivery.  Discounts are available to local agencies. 

These classes can be arranged to be provided at your agency for your staff or can be coordinated as a regional event sponsored by your agency.  Sponsoring agencies can obtain free registrations for hosting classes where the attendance threshold is met.

Utilizing a Professional Standards Committee

The objective of this training is to provide an overview of implementing an accreditation team, amplifying that team's function to address other activities necessary for accreditation and the agency's success.  This class is available in 1.5, 4.0, and 8.0 hour iterations. Details below.

1.5 Hour Session (overview)

This session is an overview of the PSC philosophy.  It is most appropriate for conference presentations or for agency's that are seeking to understand the PSC before making a decision to implement the concept.

​4.0 Hour Session (Getting Started)

This session is most appropriate for agency's wishing to utilize the PSC concept that want their identified team members to understand the purpose and various functions performed by the PSC. The course is planned with 4-4.5 Hours of Content, dependent on participation. This course is typically included with Compliance Lynx consulting contracts for accreditation Management.

8.0 Hour Session (Team Training)

An elaboration of the 4.0 hour session, this session is appropriate for agency's wishing to utilize the PSC concept that want their identified team members to both understand the purpose and various functions performed by the PSC and also be trained in the process as it will be used by their agency.  This session requires extensive prework between the agency and consultant to prepare the items necessary for rolling out the agency's team.  Pre-work includes determining the scope of the team, identifying  CEO support for the team, determining how the PSC will function, building of the proof matrix, creation of the team manual and decision making regarding meeting scheduling, proof submissions, roles, and permissions.  This course is typically included with Compliance Lynx consulting contracts for accreditation Management.

Accreditation Team Training
​(4 Hours)

This session is for agencies that want to implement the accreditation team concept, but either aren't ready or don't wish to utilize a professional standards committee.  In this model, policy responsibility is discussed from the scope of the team member as a subject matter expert (SME).  This course is typically included with Compliance Lynx consulting contracts for accreditation Management. ​

Managing Change

This session is intended for CEOs, Managers, and Accreditation Managers.  The class is designed from a theory-to-practice approach-- to improve leaders' ability to identify obstacles to change and potential mitigating activities at the agency, project, and individual level.   This course is available in 1.5, 2.0, or 4-hour sessions.  The 1.5-hour session is most appropriate as an overview for conference presentations, while the two-hour session is ideal for general leadership training.  The 4-hour session is best for deep discussion when an agency is incurring specific change challenges or will be implementing major initiatives in the future, where strategies to manage change would benefit the project's success.

New Accreditation Manager Training
​(8 or 16 Hours)

This class was designed to address the core topics essential for an accreditation manager to understand and do the work of accreditation.  It is recommended that CEOs take this course to better understand the work involved and to manage and hold accountable the accreditation manager. The 8-hour session covers essentials* and provides an overview of the remaining topics.  The 16-hour session addresses all topics in more detail.
