Dr. Odenthal has 21 years of experience in policy coordination, accreditation management, and the change management that is often necessary when implementing these processes.   Her experience lies within the fields of corrections and law enforcement, and the respective accrediting bodies.

Dr. Odenthal has a PH.D. in Public Policy and Administration, with a focus in Criminal Justice.  Her doctoral research was on the relationship between the policy implementation process and the success of body-worn camera programs.  She also holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Political Science from Ohio University.
